Everything is OK

A calm night-time bedroom in VRChat, made for sleeping in VR.

This site runs the online parts of the VRChat world Everything is OK. The world is free to visit in VRChat. This site has nothing to sign up for and sells nothing.

What runs here

YouTube search for the video screen in the world. VRChat worlds cannot build web addresses on their own, so the world loads search results and videos through this server. Each visitor's VRChat client then plays the video straight from YouTube.
Channels list. The world's tablet has a list of hand-picked 24/7 live streams for sleeping: music, rain, nature, space and city cams. A small monitor checks those streams around the clock. It replaces one that has ended with the same channel's new stream, and it screens every stream for flashing before it is shown. Each list entry is an unlisted playlist on the world owner's own YouTube channel. The monitor uses the YouTube Data API, with the owner's permission, only to keep those playlists current.

Using YouTube

Videos and streams come from YouTube and are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. This site uses YouTube API Services; see the privacy policy for what that involves.
